Farming is our Passion!

We are 3 generations of farmers working together, doing what we love in the rolling hills of North Devon. Our passion is farming, from livestock to fields of corn to pushing the boundaries with innovative goats milk.  Our mission is to create a farm which is self sustainable, every enterprise working together to sustain the other.

We moved to Crosse Farm 36 years ago, at the time we were milking cows and had a flock of around 200 sheep and some arable land. The farm has grown and adapted to changes within the family and industry over the years, we are now a team of 9 and have a flock of 450 ewes, 10,500 hens, 800 milking goats and 400 acres of arable land!

The farm's awarded success (Devon Business Awards - Best Commercial Farmer 2018) has largely come from each enterprise working to enrich the other. This is essential to drive cost and time efficiencies and enable us to keep going in a volatile market.

As our family grows, with lots of tiny farmers in training, Laura and Meg 'the farmers' wives' wanted to bring the brothers passion for farming and their output of high quality, honest produce and share it with the world, well, Devon!
